Ultrasoft, toilet paper quality
You’ve lowered quality in the inside diameter of the roll has gotten larger so you’re giving us less. I understand price increase, but the lower quality is unforgivable

What happened to the quality?
I am a toilet paper SNOB . I have always bought Charmin for its quality and feel even though it was more expensive than other good brands. I put it in my guest bathroom and was embarrassed by the quality of the multipack I bought. Almost every roll had cut edges and most of it had overlapping layers throughout.it was awful !!

Do not like the new changes to this product.
I really like your toilet paper. I really do not like the new wavy tearing system.
It does not work.
Not only does it not work, it creates more toilet paper dust and leaves little pieces that get stuck on my netherregoins.
I would really find it helpful if you would go back to the straight line perforations.
In the meantime, I will be buying another brand.

Smooth tear??
I've never used a product that was so opposite of what it's advertised as. The Ultrasoft smooth tear toilet paper is terrible. The wavy design is actually worse than what it was before, in my opinion. I probably get a clean tear 1 out of 10 times. Someone in quality control messed up big time. Going to try a new brand, this is very disappointing for a brand I've use...

Poor feature.
The new smooth tear is a joke. It seems to tear off in shreds more often that the straight cut. I hope you drop this idea and go back to what has worked for years. Not all new ideas are good ideas.

The only great feature is soft.
I gave 3 stars because our family has always loved but today just like this brand because
Ultra Mega Smooth Tear isn’t so smooth tear tho and so linty idk if that’s good considering I use a sheet to dab after eyedrops
And the last smooth tear pack we bought worked aswe thought it would but it rips and shreds and has even more lint after
