Good for fountain pens
I bought these specifically for use with fountain pens. Most pads allow the ink to feather and bleed, but these worked well, producing crisp lines. Tried a variety of nibs, all with success.

Did they change the quality?
I've ordered this pad for years. My boss just told me that the lines are darker than usual and the paper feels thin. Help.

Excellent narrow ruled paper. Cardboard backing is thick so you can use without a clipboard.

Excellent Yellow Legal Pad.
This Legal Pad is one of the few that you can still buy that has heavier weight paper, nice finish, yellow, good blue lines you can see on both sides, perforated at the top, very heavy cardboard backboard, all around top quality............

These are great!
I've been using this narrow-lined yellow pads for years and they work really well for my business needs. Use less paper with the narrow-ruled.

College Ruled Notepads
The quality of the Ampad gold fiber notepads are much better than some of the other brands. The paper is heavier and more substantial just what I wanted. I did not really need the quantity that I was required to purchase to obtain this product. It should last me for my purposes for quite some time.

Non curl paper
This should be available at the store as an alternative to the store brand one that curls up and makes writing a book or report impossible. The AMPAD actually curls also just no as much. I am still seeking an even better yellow writing pad.

Won't rip apart
The individual pieces of paper pull away from the perforated top without ripping. Most others I've bought rip. Plus the paper is nice and heavy

This is the Only Pad That I Use for My Notes
I like the thickness of the paper and the micro perforation on the top of sheets so that I can tear off each sheet neatly. Nothing else works for me, and I am willing to pay extra for these features.

Excellent yellow pad
It would be great if Staples still stocked this product in the store so all customers could enjoy the benefits of sheets that tear off cleanly. The paper is a smidge heavier and I like the extra number of lines per page. My most recent order was printed with a narrower left margin. Hopefully that is not the new norm, but even so it is a superior product.
