Partially cut paper jams copier
One of the boxes of paper on this order has many previously sliced pieces of paper (slices taken out of the corners and edges appearing professionally done by a machine) in all of the 10 reams. This caused jamming of the copier and a service call to fix the issue.

Damaged Box / late
We have this on autoship and it was supposed to arrive on 3/20/25. It kept getting "delayed" until we had to go to the store and purchase a case while waiting on the pre-ordered package to arrive. It finally got here on 3/28/25 and the box was damaged with half of the case being unusable in a printer.

Keeps jamming
It advertises the paper is best for a lot of black and white printing. My experience printing taxes is it jams in the printer if I put too much paper at one time.

It's paper. Works fine. FIlling this out because I keep getting emails to review this purchase. Very annoyed about that. One more damn email, and I'll retract this to 1 star and buy my paper somewhere else.

Bad batch?
We have been buying this paper for a long time and have had no problems. But we have had jam after jam with our latest box. The edges of the paper are jagged and we are wasting a lot of paper reprinting and removing the paper that is ruined.

Unauthorized drop off
There are specific instructions for packages to be delivered inside and signed for. The paper was left outside and if the custodian had not returned after 5pm, the paper would have been stolen. I have had a call from my director very upset about the delivery of this package. Please contact me at 8am in the morning.
