Lets be real, most people use their gift cards online now a days so we just toss that plastic card. This is easier and doesn't waste plastic!

If you want to spend lots of time of time contacting customer service then order away!
Placed an order on October 18 and two weeks later I still haven't received my gift card. Contacted customer service twice and was told I would be contacted within 24 hours; hopefully this second time I will hear from someone since nothing happened the first time. I have ordered gift cards twice from Staples now and had issues both times. Really, who has time for this?

Takes too long to receive (14 hours)
I ordered several gift cards but it takes more than 14 hours to receive them by email.

"Email Delivery" does not mean email delivery in the same month
I bought a Target gift card on April 19. The item description said "email delivery," so I assumed I would receive a code fairly promptly. Instead, four days later, on April 23, I received an email saying that my gift card had "shipped," and that I should expect it on May 4. The item description still says "email delivery." No tracking information is available. Confusing...

Bad Experience with Email Gift Card
I purchased a Target gift card through Staples.com and I have not received the card in my inbox 6 days after the purchase. When I contacted Staples to get a status of the order, they sent me to another company (giftcardmall) to determine the status. Not sure what is going on but needless to say, I won't be purchasing an email delivery gift card from Staples.com again.

Difficult to redeem
I find these gift cards very difficult to redeem. Ther3e must be an easier way. in addition, the redemption procedure is mixed in and jumbles into a bunch of code. It's almost like you don't want these cards to be used.
