Perfect addition to my home office
The Floortex Glaciermat is fantastic. I can move my home office chair around freely now (no more caster depressions holding me in place in the prior mat which was plastic). I am surprised at was a big difference being able to adjust the chair position around makes on my posture and comfort while working. Price was great too compared to some of the “higher-end” brands...

very slippery
This is a thick glass mat with rubber pads underneath. This makes a very large lip when you wheel goes over the edge which surprised me how often that happens. The other thing is if the mat gets wet like snow on it, it is extremely slippery. The glass shows dirt very easily. The only really good thing is that it is extremely smooth and the chair glides over it easily...

Glass Mat for Carpet & Hard Floors
The first mat received arrived with one corner chipped. It appeared wrapped very good with the cardboard wrapping and styro-form but one corner of the wrapping was busted. Opening the wrapping was difficult and we had to re-wrap it ourselves which was not easy due to the size and some of the cardboard ripped. Husband happy
This was a Christmas present for my husband. The mat sits nicely on the carpet and doesn’t move around. My husband weighs 220 and glass does not buckle and chair rolls nicely. Very happy with my purchase.

Glass Chair Mat
I’ve worked in offices most of my life and have had a million and one (or seems like it) chair mats. I’ve never had a glass one and mine sits on top of a tile floor. It works great, I love it!

A great way to protect your floor.
I would have given this floor mat five stars if it came with rubber feet to prevent it from sliding. I had old wood floors that I had to protect with a carpet and spiked plastic mat. After replacing the floor I couldn't think of a better way to protect it than this mat.

Perfect Mat
Just big enough to use. Prefer 49" X 53" which Staples does not handle. Don't order glass chair mats from Amazon, they sub contract to UPS. Over 66 days UPS dropped the ball 6 times when I went through two attempts to get the size I wanted. Because of the debacle, Staples got my business. Arrived a day early too!

Glacier floor mat
With the little bubble pad things on the underside -- dirt and etc. gets under it and I can't lift it to clean under it. I'll have to purchase a rug to put under it now and I did not want to have to do that. I doubt I'd recommend it to anyone.

No plastic again!
My wife is very pleased with her Glacier mat which resides under her free standing “beauty” vanity giving the entire space a glamorous appearance. So much nicer than any plastic mat and well worth the expense. No plastic mats ever again!

Heavy duty floor mat

Never Use Plastic Again.
This floor mat is the only way to go. It’s worth the extra money to avoid the problems with plastic. No divots, potholes or any other issues.
