There’s no way you printed these at home!!!!!!!
Usually, I never have any photos as hard copies because of the hassle to get them printed. I would always have to go the nearest photo development place to get them and that sometimes is a huge hassle. Nowadays, since they’re all digital photos, I don’t feel the need to print them anyway. Remove all protective material inside scanner
I keep getting error message to remove all protective material inside scanner. And checking again. There's nothing there to remove except the ink cartridges. This stinks..

Great Printer; Meets my needs perfectly.
I don't do a lot of prints, but when I do I want high quality prints. I make 4x6 prints for friends and family, and large prints for displays and exhibits. I don't want large reservoirs of ink that can dry out. The price is fair. This machine is perfect for me.

Wonderful but I cannot use in on my Mac Mini 10.0
I can use it on my I pad but cannot get the wi fi to Connect to it! So I will call Epson again today and hope to get someone who speaks better English as the are not in the USA

Don't buy this printer
This printer is a giant time suck. I get a 'Filter Failed' error all the time that requires me to run through a 13-step process involved trashing all the printer drivers and other associated files from my computer, then downloading a new printer driver from the Epson website, then reconnecting the printer to my wifi network which for some reason always takes a day and a...

Don’t trust their online store
I ordered this for an upcoming business event.epson sent a camera bag instead. They won’t do anything until Monday.this is going to set me back and now I have to cancel my participation losing work and money. They should send me one over night but instead are sitting around twiddling their thrumbs

Epson doesn’t know how to mail
I ordered this printer for my business with an event coming up that I now have to cancel because epson sent me a camera case instead. They are investigating why but it’s the weekend so I’ll have to wait 3 days to hear back then if they decide I’m telling the truth another week for that printer to be sent. I’m sick of companies walking all over their consumers

My new printer
So far this printer has exceeded my expectations. It replaced an Epson XP-950 which I used to print CDs and liner notes, photos, etc. and it prints in awesome quality.

Not what I'm Used to from Epson
Just bought this to replace a much loved and wonderful 3800 pro that died of old age. Just finished the setup and printed a test of a word document lesson plan. awful piece of machinery
I print my art on thick, but normal paper and the actual printing is great. But as a piece of machinery it's absolutely awful. I've had it 30 days and the paper in the rear feed never feeds itself and even trying to assist it takes multiple attempts to get it to catch. To print 20 prints takes well over 30 mins and it's all active time. I can't just say print and leave....

Do not recommend.
It might print great images but you can only print a limited number before running out of ink. It WILL NOT print if you are out of a color and still have a full black cartridge. The charge for more ink makes it extremely expensive to print from home. I'd recommend finding a printer with better software and support.

Does not recognize yellow ink cartridge
I bought this a month 2 months ago and fought to get it up and running. After a ton of trial and error of it not recognizing brand ink cartridges I am at wits end. I managed to get all of the colors up and working except for yellow. Regretting spending hundreds of dollars on ink for a printer that didn't work.

My Friend For Many Years
I have been using the 15000 for many years and simply needed a new one. It is a wonderful and reliable printer and I wouldn't have any other brand.
