Efficient
This Keurig machine is great fit for our office. It was easy set up and also lightweight. When the coffee is brewing, it is quieter than the old machine we had.

The first one sent out to our office was defective. It had a short and would not work at all. Staples advantage took care of us and replaced it. The second one came fast and is fantastic. Highly recommended!

Faulty Keurig machine
We just purchased this a week or so ago for our break room and it is already having the same issues as our last Keurig model (same version just older). Great price, easy to use
This Keurig is great for our break room. With its 96 oz reservoir capacity, it does not need to be refilled as often as other models. It also has very simple controls, no little screens or extra features, which is a plus when most people just need to get their coffee and go. The price was fantastic, so all in all I think this coffee maker is a great value.

Affordable option for the office crowd
My office's previous Keurig stopped working, and we needed a replacement quickly. We found this one, and we are not disappointed! This machine is commercial grade, so we hope it lasts a bit longer than the previous one.
