DO NOT USE
Scheduling and customer service is terrible. I've been waiting 3 weeks now for pickup. They haven't showed up for any pickup date that was scheduled and never called. Do not trust this company to fulfill their contractual obligations.

Extremely Poor Service - “Zero” Stars
I scheduled a bin delivery 2 weeks out. After not being contacted by the vendor, I reached out to customer service who assured me all was on track. On date of delivery, with no bin in sight, I wrote again. Response — the order was “held up” and needs to be cancelled. Solution — we can deliver it in two weeks. This is completely unsatisfactory.

Disappointment
I submitted my order for a one time shred bin on 2/3/25. No one ever contacted me to make arrangements to drop it off and the delivery date was 2/12/25. When I called Customer Service, they couldn't help. I have since made other arrangements. There is a glitch in this process so someone needs to either fix it or stop offering the service. Used bin
This is a service only and you don't get to keep the bin. We got a beat up bin 2 months after ordering it. We don't need the service, we need the bin. This is unclear in the description and should state "this is a service only, not a purchase of the bin".
