j5create Dual Monitor Docking Station for PC/Mac (JUD380)
The HDMI port on my laptop went out. Picture but no sound. I bought a new HDMI cable but it did not work. Checked the HDMI ports on my TV with the DVD player and they all work just fine so it's the port on the laptop that went bad. I went to staples to see if I could get a USB-HDMI adapter... They aren't made anymore. Only SUB-c to HDMI... there is no USB-c on my laptop...

Did not work or power up
I was disappointed in this device. It would not work or power up when plugged in. I tried multiple USB cables. Had to return for a refund. The elderly man at the counter actually asked me if I plugged the USB into my PC before I determined that it was a dud........

Great little docking station
For the size and price, this works great. It’s nice o have something small so that I can connect my laptop to an external monitor quickly. It can be a little quirky when I reboot. I sometimes have to unplug it and plug it back into my laptop to get it working again. But it’s not that big of a deal.

Working well! Old monitor did not fit into new computer -- so had to purchase the 'docking station' Wish companies would consider manufacturing new products that work with the older accessories.

Just what I needed
When buying a 2nd monitor for my older computer (2013), the very helpful chat suggested this Docking Station as my older model computer did not have an HDMI port, It was very simple to use and set my 2nd monitor up with no issues.

don't bother
thought it would be helpful, but not only does it not have enough/the ports i wanted (my issue) but it keeps jumping in and out, doesn't help get work done if you have to pause ever 5-10 min and wait for it to "reboot"
