Exactly what I was looking for
I went to Staples and sat in every single chair and this one had exactly what i was looking for - a way to rest my head on the headrest without leaning backwards. The way the top tilts forward a little bit is perfect for me. The arm rests fit under my desk which is great so I can scoot right on up to my desk. To small
This is the most uncomfortable chair I have used. I am 5'8" and the seat is not wide or long enough. Very narrow and feels like I am boxed in. Cushion on the back is not great and the lumbar support feels like a rock in my back. Cushion on the seat part is hard. The armrest are to narrow and very uncomfortable. Very comfortable
I am enjoying the chair. My only comment is that the arm rests could be a little lower. I have an under desk top pull out keyboard. If the arm rests were lower, it would be easier to type.

LOOKS NICE
It looks nice. It's comfortable. But after only a couple of weeks I had to tighten the arms three times. The screws keep getting loose.

Good price. Fairly comfortable. Adjustment arm either broken or flimsy. Flops around but works. Once we put the chair on the spindle couldn’t get it back off so we could check it.

Love it!
I was having back problems and had to get a new chair. This on is soft and cushiony. Doesn’t add too much lumbar support which the others did and it was hurting me more. Easy to put together too.

Nice chair for the price.
Needed a new desk chair narrowed it down to two chairs this one and one that was smaller. thought the smaller one was actually more comfortable but really wanted one with a higher back for support. So far this chair seems to be working out good and the price for it was good as well.

Too much plastic!
While the chair is very nice, there is entirely too much plastic in the bottom and the arms. Also, the seat is rather short. It is a good looking chair and the padding is adequate.
