The Mesh Sags
I thought I loved this chair when I sat on it at the store. It was really comfortable and great for my 6'3" 190lb frame. However, when I sat in it today for its first day at the office, the mesh (where my butt is) is sagging to the metal below it making it the most uncomfortable feeling ever.

I added a cushion to the seat of my new chair and am super comfy. Great back support.

Very Uncomforatable

Unbearable Squeaking and Creaking
I've owned this chair for no less than 30 days, and put it through normal use, and it's already providing a squeaking sound so horrendous, it is basically unusable. I work online, and the noise is so bad I received comments on it. This is unacceptable.

Worth every penny. Sturdy, high quality material and sturdy design, Comfortable as is but could easily accommodate cushions if desired. Lumbar is actually useful unlike cheaper models. Adjustable headrest, seat height, armrests (up & down only) and backrest tilts to desired resistance. Would recommend and buy again.

Great Chair without breaking the bank!
This is a great chair at a great price. I purchased 8 for my office, and then another 8 for out conference room. They are supportive and sized to accommodate all shapes and sizes. Large, small, tall and short. I am getting ready to purchase two more.

If it didn't squeak, it would be a 5 star chair.
This is one of the most comfortable office chairs that I have ever owned, but it drives my wife nuts, because it squeaks whenever I sit and stand, especially if I push on an arm rest.
I have tried taking it apart, spraying silicone, and reassembling, only to have it continue to squeak. I don't even pay attention to it, so it doesn't bother me, but if I'm using it late...

Great value
Most comfortable chair to sit in for hours and hours, which is what I do for work. If your hair gets pulled by the mesh, tie a silk or satin scarf around the headrest and your hair will thank you. if you type a lot like I do for 10+ hours straight, you may want to get some armrest cushions. but otherwise comfort at this price cannot be beat. thank you.

Items Seems to be decent quality . The plastic edge on the seat is attractive but at times uncomfortable as it is a hard edge where there is usually a cushiony surface on the forward sides of most office chairs.

Basic all-day comfort, easy assembly
I can work all day in this chair without suffering fatigue or soreness from pressure points. I'm 6', 230 lbs, and the adjustable recliner spring tension makes a huge difference in making this chair "mine".
