Ink runs out after only a few prints
I bought this a few weeks ago and it worked great! After the temporary ink ran out, I bought new regular-sized 812 inks and only got 20 full-color prints--if that--before the ink said it was out and needed to be replaced. So far so good
Easy to set up and the quality of the print is what you expect from Epson excellent. Have not set up the fax yet but do not expect any problems when I do. It is the same size as my old B&W copier and replaced both my old copier and printer.

Unreliable for the money
We have had this printer for a few years. Suddenly can't be found by any of our devices. Nothing we do fixes it. It's really frustrating when we used to use HP printers but decided to give Epson a try. NEVER again. My HPs were work horses compared to this.

Would not refund
Purchased printer as a gift. Wrong type. Wouldn't refund unopened box after 30 days. Why should I have to figure out how to resell on another site to get my money back. Shame on Staples!

Better than before..
Finally replaced my WorkForce 7520 after about 6 or 7 years, I don't remember.

I received my printer in January 2025. When it is working it prints beautifully. So far though I have had to do multiple head cleaning/alignment tests too often. But the quality of prints for my artwork is what I was hoping for-excellent. Also uses quite a bit of ink.

Frequent paper jambs.
This is my second Epson all-in one. First one lasted several years with very few issues. This one is only 6 months old and having frequent problems with paper jams when scanning. Not Dot Buy!!!
I got this printer about 2 months ago. The print is slow, uses ink fast, the paper jams easily, and the way it updates is slow and cumbersome. I miss my old HP going back

Good and Bad
I Always liked Epson. This product does well, esp as the paper nowadays cooperates with inkjet.
BUT, I just did a firmware update and the printer is not accepting the Non-Epson ink I had already been using for a year or so. Not happy about having to throw out $50 of ink AND paying $100 to replace it.
