Echo 4 takes the next step in sound
What a difference. I had an older Echo and upgraded to the Echo 4. Sound quality is a big step up vs. older vesions. Looks nice and sounds better.

Wish there were more in stock
I love having a smart home. I had an Echo in my den but decided to purchase this speaker so I could have the screen (Echo) in my bedroom. Wish it was the one with the clock display but love it regardless.

Hard to fit in space
The new generation is so much bigger than the taller, slender one. It doesn't fit in the same space.

Works great;
We had an older echo dot connected to some speakers and replaced it with the echo. It has really enabled us to free up some counter space while maintaining the quality of sound. It has good volume and bass.

Got Half of What I Wanted
I found that many songs that have distinct stereo separation, (early Beatles) are played with one side of the stereo louder than the other. It's like listening to a stereo with one speaker dead. Better than the Dot, but not by much.

Great Gift!
We gave this to our daughter for her birthday to replace an older one that she had that she wore our! She was very excited to receive this wonderful gift so she could finally retire her old one. She hope this one lasts as long if not longer. This is something she uses every day!
