I love my new printer. I had no trouble setting it up and I’m certainly no techy. It’s done everything I’ve asked of it, thus far. Very happy with my purchase.

Worst Printer Ever
Worst printer I've ever owned! I've had nothing but problems with this. It won't stay connected to my network and it's one error after another. HP Smart is just as horrible. It won't recognize there is a problem. With no screen on the unit, it's anyone's guess as to what the problem is. Buyer beware is all l can advise

And customer service terrible also.
Printer goes offline mid print even though it’s connected by USB
won’t connect to the Internet
Customer service blamed it on the USB (2nd cable) and the drivers on my MAC - which is brand new so I reset them as asked and now it only prints on one side - they said they would get an expert to call me back and I’m still waiting 4 days ...

Worst Printer Ever
Bought to replace similar HP that died. Looked like it installed fine PER THE DIRECTIONS but found out it wasn't printing. Found what I thought was solution and it started printing only in MSWord. Didn't realize it at first. When other problems came up I updated the firmware and driver and now it doesn't print from any software at all. DO NOT BUY THIS!

still in the box!
Cannot truly review this printer because I haven't even opened the box. I bought it to have when my current but now flaky printer dies. I bought this printer to match up with the exact same one my husband has so that we can just use the same supply of ink. His is working fine once we got the hang of the setup so do not expect any problems.

I found the position on the input buttons on the back to be very unfriendly, hard to see and I also did not like that when I tried to stop the shipping of the automatic delivery of the ink the online link wouldn’t accept it.

Worst HP Printer
I have had nothing but trouble with this printer from the moment I brought it home. Hard to set up, not user friendly, software won't update, and I cannot fax. Mine is 2 years old, and I paid a lot for it. Was very disappointed in Staples and HP. The ink plan/free ink is not good. Better off buying my own cartridges. Save your money. This HP IS JUNK!!!

I replaced my other hp when I realized how old it was. This one was much harder to set up. The wireless printing is much more cumbersome and finekey. I wish I kept the old one but I recycled it in store. ; (

Typical HP software faults
The wifi connectivity of this printer frequently drops offline and I have to disconnect power and re-power up to fix the problem. The printer prints fine, when working, but user control from the printer lights and switches is very inadequate.

The most difficult printer I have ever used
This printer has had problem after problem. Between the weird light codes, the inability to use a usb, and the need for everything to go through the HP Smart app, it’s very unusable. I would not recommend this at all.
