Avoid at all costs
This item showed up defective and is a much higher cost than other vendors. Dell has not been willing to cancel the order, accept a return, or price match. My Company had planned to make a large order of these units and thanks to these issues we have dodged a bullet.

Language and response
Response time is good when called, but search and processing is taking time. Apart from that if you are searching for anything in native languages other than english, response is bad.
