Best Printer I've Ever Owned
Granted I've only owned 2 other printers before this, but it is by far the best. It's incredibly easy to set up (unlike HPs thanks to their app), the print quality is excellent, and it prints incredibly quickly. Print heads clog easily
Print heads clog easily even using Brother INk exclusively. The printer has a regular self cleaning routine designed to eliminate this problem, but if you check the youtube channels, this occurs far too frequently. Cleaning is a tedious,messy job that doesn't last long. I had high hopes for this printer. Should have been a workhorse. But I can't print in color anymore...

Wifi setup horribly tedious and user unfriendly. Unreliable wifi connect to computer. Poor customer service.Exchanged for a very smooth HP!

I have had this MFC-J4335DW only a short time, but so far I am quite satisfied. Set-up was relatively uncomplicated and without a hitch. Print and scan quality completely satsfactory.

Its not a bad solution to your printing needs. When I first set it up it my Mac couldn't find it but I turned it off and back on again and it worked.

Does he job
Decent printer that just does what I want it to do when I want it. Have to get in the habit of printing something at least once a week. Last Brother printer ink jets kept clogging after 6 years, online info recommends more frequent use.

Fairly compact
The printer fits well on my desk. Smaller than my previous HP all- in-one. Ink replacement looks complicated; however, I haven't tried to replace yet.

I'm happy with the printer, however, I'm frustrated with print on the control panel. Too small and having it printed in white makes it too hard to read. Please keep in mind that some of us senior customers have vision trouble. I bought this printer which was better than my old printer, but i really struggle with this. Useless
Not a user friendly printer. Disconnects from wifi, stops printing if multitasking. CS is non existent.

Oh my goodness! So glad I bought this brand.
Not kidding- suffered with my HP for years- constantly losing WiFi connection- saying Not Ready- troubleshooting- enough said .

the prints and copies are good. A nice feature is that the black ink container is rwice the size of the color inks so it won't have to be changed as often. Simple to set up also
