Great Little Printer For Day-to-Day & Craft/Picture Printing
This Epson Scanner+Printer is quite Versatile and Easy to use. The Size of the of this Supertank printer is good enough to be placed anywhere, taking not much of a space. The build quality is quite decent and doesn't feel cheap at all. It came with a protective Styrofoam hedges with packing tapes to enable that flaps does not move or pop open during delivery.

Epsom Wi-Fi set up impossible and paper jams
Very bad software. Impossible to use and set up for Wi-Fi with windows 11 I had to go out and purchase an HP printer. Easy set up. Also the Epsonprinter kept jamming paper

A nightmare to install
I had been blissfully told by the sales clerk that installation would be a snap - just use the app on my phone and presto-bingo the printer would be up and running. I had a friend assist me. Great printer when it connects
Purchased on 2/24/25, returning on 3/3/25. Does not print, does not stay connected. Asurion does not help with connectivity, asked me to run the nozzle maintenance.

Buyer BEWARE
Was a great printer until it needed a new ink pad. I purchased and new one and replaced it only to still get the same error message. The printer is 100% useless now. Apparently there is some sort of software code needed that I am NOT paying $50-$100 to have done. Goodbye Epson!

I havenāt set it up yet.
Sorry Iām 74 and not too good at setting electronics up. Apparently your store doesnāt allow employees to help customers like me so I may have to return this to you if I canāt get someone to help me get it connected to my computer. Shame on you.

Third machine in two years.š
This is my third machine in two years. First one, the screen went black after CNN 10 months. Still under warranty so they sent a replacement. The replacement Wi-Fi went down after 12 months. No warranty so I had to buy a new one. Customer and tech support no help at all.
