Easy to use, gets pet hair and dirt!
I eagerly awaited the delivery of my shark as I have two dogs, four cats, and plenty of animal hair. I used the pet power brush on my recliner and it did an amazing job with the cat hair. I used the crevice tool between the cushions where cat litter seems to accumulate and that worked very well. I also used this item on my stairs. The pet power brush picked up a treme...

Major design flaw
Vacuums’ battery and power are great however major design flaw from the attachment. The attachment nozzle keeps cracking the plastic that it attaches to. Reached out and was sent a replacement however two weeks after using the replacement it’s starting to show the same signs of stress on the plastic like the original that had to be replaced. Almost Perfect
I have several Shark vacs (corded, battery, handheld & upright) and they all work perfectly but each with their own "quirks". The o lyrics problem with this one is that the dust cup won't open when the button is pressed. Horrible design. Unusable after 8 months.
Love this little handheld. Or should say I did love it. Very powerful. Perfect for what I need. However, I’ve had it for about 8 months and the plastic bit that holds the attachments in place has cracked leaving it unusable. Really not acceptable at all. Very disappointing. Will not buy again nor recommend.

Battery life sucks
The suctiok is actually top tier but the battery life is wayyyy too short I charged it the whole night just to be able to get no less then 10 minutes out of this thing in actual just disappointed and not to mention I can’t replace the battery if I wanted to because the rest of the screws on the vacuum are so flawed it’s hard to unscrew them (I have the correct screw as ...

Great but need stronger end part
I would give this a five if I did not have to keep replacing a part. The clear plastic tip cracks easy. I deal with it until it gets two bad. But over all it works great. Needs a stronger design to the tip.

Works well for what we need here in office
The vacuum isn't super powerful but it's okay and does the job here in our office for quick pickups especially for shredded paper when we change the bag, etc. Convenient because it's cordless

Lacks Lift-Away rollers & Brushes to remove hair
Shark Navigator® Lift-Away® Deluxe Upright Vacuum does what it was DESIGNED to do remove pet hair. Why on earth the engineers at SHARK design the Pet Pro with the same features. Disappointed, breaks easily!
I have several shark products but this product has barely upheld. The original model I had, I had to receive a new charging part for it as it wouldn't charge anymore and the plastic nozzle cracked entirely. This is my third Shark in 10 years, dependable / reliable machines. This last one had a defective part, I submitted a warranty claim on the 15th of July and received the replacement part on the 23rd of July 2024.

I bought this a few months ago specifically to clean dog hair off of the furniture. I own 3 shark vacuums now and im honestly a little disappointed in this one. It works fine for most things you’d need a hand vac for except pet hair on furniture. Even when fully charged it dies before i even finish vacuuming the couch.
