EXCELLENT !coffee maker and company
I had a K Express single serve that stopped working. It was still under warranty. I contacted Keurig and was given clear instructions of what to do to get a replacement. Within a short time my new coffeemaker arrived. I was very impressed with the customer service of the company and will ALWAYS have a Keurig in my kitchen

WILL NOT WORK
First, I do NOT drink coffee or other hot drinks when it is hot out. So two years ago I had the K-Supreme and I loved it no problems. Then it got warm out so I stopped drinking hot coffee and I am not an iced coffee person. Did what was needed to leave the keyring on the counter for the summer til late fall or winter. Best design for smaller kitchen counters.
Exactly what I needed, perfect size for my smaller counter and gets the job done. The reservoir on the back holds all the water I need for each morning. Best design yet . . .

Short endurance

This one is much sturdier and better made.
Much better quality than the last Keurig I ordered. The previous one was cute (aqua) but cheap plastic and barely lasted a year.

Could be better
This model doesn't hold as much water as I expected. The add water light comes on too soon compared to other models so you may as well have a smaller reservoir. It also "spits" coffee around while extracting it in your cup so I have to wipe up each time.

Poor quality
Quality is very poor. All plastic parts are flimsy. Wonder how long it will last. I've owned several kuerig makers and they don't seen to last more than 2 years.

Great features
I am really pleased with this coffee maker. I have been a Keurig fan for a long time, But this one I like because of the "strong" setting than none of my other ones had.

I like the fact you can choose what size cup you want. No more wasted coffee is a big plus. It’s easy to use too. Sometimes I wish it were a little hotter, but that is an easy fix. Very happy with this coffee maker. Love it!

Too strong!
I’m enjoying my new coffee maker but haven’t figured out how to make it less strong. I’ve been making a 12 oz cup & then adding more water & reheating it in the microwave. Suggestions appreciated!

K-Express™ Single Serve Coffee Maker
So far so good. Bought this as a replacement for another, different model Keurig that died, and it's much faster starting up than that last one. Good price. No leaks or issues so far. Love how compact it is. Hopefully it'll be easy to clean when time comes and that it'll last a long time.
