Exceptional Value!
Speedy boot up and responses + clear screen + value price = happy user. At the $250 price point, ordering a second unit for backup seems preferable to purchasing an extended warranty. Windows 11 made it easy to import bookmarks and contacts. Having a Microsoft account helped the process. It's too soon to assess reliability. So far, so good. Made in China.

Constant issues and no battery life.
I have had trouble with this laptop since the day I bought it. I have called the support network and was on the phone for 3 hours. I was assured I wouldn’t have anymore issues. NOT! To make matters worse while still having the main issues, the battery died after a mere 2 hrs. Can’t workout a 3 hour battery. This product should be recalled.

Wish I had gotten an Apple
I keep wasting my money on computers that last just a few years before they become slow and outdated. A key popped off of this just a year and a half after I purchased it. Junky feel to the whole thing.

Couple of days after warranty ran out port for headphones didn’t work anymore. No biggie used my wireless headphone. Month after that charger stopped working so ordered another charger that lasted couple more months before it died too. Then I noticed that the port for the charger was loose. I will never buy this brand again.

So far, so good.
It is similar to my last one, is responsive and does what I ask of it. I assume it's the Windows 11 that makes me sign in to everything with two authentications. It's annoying when no one else uses it and I don't need that amount of security. The keyboard seems squished a bit by the added number block at the end of it, but I'm getting used to it.

Great HP 15.6" Windows 11 Notebook PC
This is a great HP 15.6" PC for basic computing...Word / Excel and web search. It isn't designed for video games, however, it makes a good machine for a small business office.
