Just what I was looking for!!
After sitting in many different office chairs, I finally found the one that fits me the best. This chair has great support and feels awesome when sitting in it. I highly recommend it.

Uncomfortable
The chair is uncomfortable. The lumbar support is a hard piece of plastic that cuts into your lower back. There is no give at all with the lumbar support. The arms are too far forward and too far apart, even with the adjustment as far in as it can go. The arms are also hard plastic with no padding.

Exactly what I was looking for
I was looking for a chair that had lumbar support, comfy cushion, and adjustable armrests so that it would fit under my desk and this has all of those and more. Very happy with it so far!

Workplace Bedford Ergonomic fabric/mesh swivel chair
I am very happy that I purchased this chair. My lower back feels supported and the seat cushion itself is firm but comfortable. It feels well built, sturdy and it was nice that the arm rests were adjustable too. I would definitely recommend this chair for your office.

Stop creaking.
Substantial well built chair. Cushion is firm, but comfortable hopefully will last a long time. I experienced creaking after a couple of weeks. This was rectified by retorquing all screws and bolts underneath the seat.

Quite uncomfortable
Whatever the manufacturer thinks is "lumbar support" is nothing but a hard plastic bar that catches you in the most uncomfortable parts of your back, poking into your spine. There MUST be better products out there, and I'm going to search for them.

Not a good choice
Uncomfortable, and keeps sliding me to the front of the seat, wheels either too soft or too small for tile floors.

It's good
Easy to assemble. Plenty of adjustable bits to get it just right. Seat cushion is comfortable. As a short person (5'2") I don't have a problem with the height of the seat back.

Really liking this chair!
I am really liking this chair. The seat cushion is supportive and yet soft enough to be comfortable. The height actually stays where you set it, unlike my old chair, and it moves about easily. The only reason it is not 5 stars is that the back does not adjust inward enough for me. I never actually touch the back when I am sitting.

good chair for the price
pretty good quality, though the connection of the chair to the base allows a small amount of movement even when new so not top-level quality. not a big deal, but not a "5-star" piece of furniture, either.
