Stood Up to Baggage Handlers
I just bought this medium suitcase that matches my large one. The quality is good, it has some flexibility which is why it probably stood up against baggage handlers without a scratch or dent.

Flimsy & Poor Value for the Money
I received the a Stratum as a gift a year ago. After its third use - an uneventful direct flight - I noticed a long hairline-type fracture along one of the suitcase's curved edges. Other than that the case looks pristine but it's going into the landfill. Although this suitcase was inexpensive, it was a remarkably poor value considering its durability.

High use luggage doesnt hold up.
Not as durable as I hoped. I have two matching bags: a carry-on and a larger checked bag, and both are used constantly because of work-related travel, and after 3 months, both bags are basically dead and must be replaced. Specific areas of faulure are wheels and zippers.

Misleading description
Advertised on their web site as a "22 inch carry on" but when it finally arrived its tag says it is a "20 inch carryon." I dodn't know if that means when it's expanded it's 22" but the website should have made that clear.
