Great monitor that fits my workspace
Of course I wanted a 27" but it wouldn't fit in my work area. I did a ship to store and it arrive a day early. Comes with an HDMI cable and only took less that 15 minutes to assemble, about 5 minutes to set up with PC. VERY happy. It is just being used for work (Excel spreadsheets, Word docs, email, web surfing) and is perfect for me.

Staples was great, HP not so much.
The monitor had a great picture, but no buttons for adjusting brightness, contrast, or anything else. You have to download software to make adjustments. I did, installed it, and the software said it couldn't read the data. After 1-2 hours with HP tech support, and getting the runaround from one department to another several times, they finally said they could forward me...

i or c V27i or V27c. Who knew? not me
Associates on order and pick up were professional and courteous, only problem was the display model that a wanted —which was out of stock— was a curved model and I received the straight model ( V27i). Almost feels like a bait and switch.

Too light

I recently purchased a lap top and gave up my big PC with the tower. Although I could see the screen on the laptop, I was used to the bigger monitor.
I purchased this monitor, hooked it up to PC . The screen is bright , clear and crisp. Easy to navigate . It wonderful ! I probably could have gotten the smaller one but I do like this one

Pretty Decent Monitor
I like the size of this monitor and it is very clear. Because I have a MacBook it was hard to connect the monitor to my Laptop. The "free tech support" was no help and I would've had to pay $50 to escalate the problem to someone higher up in tech support. Fortunately I was able to fix the issue another way. I would not buy it if it was disclosed that stand is not adjustable; otherwise the monitors are good.
