Angle works well for me1
I like this product alot. Only flaw is that it is hard to change positions due to stiffness.

Angle Laptop Stand
It does not hold up my 13" iPad very well. Does not hold very much weight - falls over backward.
It also does not raise up very much. Would not help for zoom calls if you are trying to be at eye level.

Good stand, depending on laptop
Overall I love this stand, it's stiff enough to hold whatever angle you want for as long as you want (as long as your laptop isn't a portable battlecruiser) which is great.
However, depending on what laptop you have you may need to use it backwards to not choke out the fan (so instead of the front side of your laptop being at the lip, you have the rear at the lip). I ...

This is exactly what I needed. I use it as a stand up desk and also on my desk when I sit to elevate the laptop screen as if it’s a monitor. I have a separate keyboard. I travel with it, too.
