Really disappointed
I ordered and picked up this chair today. Halfway through putting the chair together I realized pieces were broken and the over all quality is terrible. The back piece doesn’t sit right, definitely a quality control issue. Going to have to disassemble the chair and return it. The quality of this chair compared to my old Emerge chair is horrible. Wish it lasted longer
This is 3rd chair we have owned 1st one the bolt holding arm in place snapped. 2nd chair the hydraulic that keeps the seat height up gave out. We will see how long this one lasts. We have bought the $20 warranty on all the chairs so filed a claim for each an they sent e-card to pay for the replacement. We haven't been rough on the chairs they aren't made to hold up for ...

Vartan is better.
I think this chair being more that the Vartan is absurd. It’s a lesser chair. It has worse cushions, the back is mesh instead of padded and offer NO lumbar support without the uncomfortable lumbar pillow. The Vartan solves these problems. back piece not in right orientation
The back piece doesn’t sit right, definitely a quality control issue. This is causing me back pain, as I am not sitting right. I would give a 5 star in case Staples replaces it with a better one.

Love it!
Great, comfortable and nice looking chair. It was easy to assemble. The only issue I had was screwing the armrests into the seat cushion. It took some extra strength to get the screws in.

nice improvement to my home office
Chair is built solid and easy to assemble. The leg extension is a welcome addition for me sitting so many hours. My legs dont feel so sore by using the extension. Plus the lumbar pad is really helping my back pain that comes from sitting so long. good choice for an over six-foot person to use.
