The Mesh Sags
I thought I loved this chair when I sat on it at the store. It was really comfortable and great for my 6'3" 190lb frame. However, when I sat in it today for its first day at the office, the mesh (where my butt is) is sagging to the metal below it making it the most uncomfortable feeling ever.

Received damaged
I opened the box all set to assemble and it was completely cracked the whole back of the chair ruined. And Iām without an office chair that I desperately needed. Not to mention how am Iām going to take it back to get a replacement itās very heavy. So disappointed!!

Solid, sturdy, cool, comfy, and a rare pale color
Easy to put together, very comfortable with back support, cool mesh on both seat and back (which is hard to find at this price point), and a slightly smaller footprint than most, which is important for a tiny room. I removed the headrestāwonāt be used and it makes the chair look big and unbalanced. I'm seeing many hours of comfy computer time here.

Poor design change
I bought this same chair last year. When mounting the seat back, you could position it further forward or backward. The mounting holes for the screws were long ovals, allowing it to slide back or forward. Now, the holes are round and fixed. The seat back back can only be mounted in one position - too far forward for me. Poor design change.

Backing started to come undone about 6 weeks in.

Great Chair
The chair has all of the things you want and is easy to use and comfortable. Just had some trouble figuring out which way was the front of the seat and getting some of the holes to line up. There is just pictures no verbiage to help with that. Itās a great chair especially for the price.

Dissappointed
I purchased this chair because it was supposed to be delivered and assembled. It was delivered, but not assembled. I am in tax season working 12-14 hours a day 6 days a week. I do not have the time or energy to assemble this chair. It is still sitting in the box.

Lumbar Perfect
Iād been looking for an office chair that was reasonably priced for quite awhile that was comfortable to sit in, had adjustable lumbar support, and wasnāt the standard black, brown, etc. Luckily I found it at Staples. Just wish it wouldnāt slide around as much on the hardwood floors when Im sitting at the desk.
