Stupid INK PROGRAM is impossible
I signed up for the automatic ink replacement. When I suddenly needed more ink I bought a cartridge at the store BUT THE MACHINE WON’T LET YOU USE ANYTHING BESIDES THE OVERPRICED REPLACEMENTS THEY SEND YOU.
They even made it almost impossible to get out of the pre-order program. I can’t use the printer until the Program ENDS!
Absolutely ridiculous marketing and bad bus...

Worthless piece of junk
CONSTANT connectivity issues. Be prepared to trouble shoot constantly. Would give negative stars if possible. Also, stock up on ink, this goes through ink like crazy.

Worst Printer Ever
First of all, it runs out of ink too quickly. We've purchased 5 black cartridges in 8 months, with minimal printing jobs. Now it won't print at all. The paper comes out blank. WILL NEVER BUY EPSON AGAIN. DO NOT PURCHASE

Setup
We do like the printer, the only issue we had was the setup. I am a novice when it comes to computers and the setup had me stumped. I called Asurion, their tech support was outstanding. I wish I had called earlier as it would have saved me a bunch of frustration.

Worked for 6 months
This is a great printer when it worked. Just updated the firmware and it no longer recognizes the yellow cartridge. These are genuine Epson cartridges. I removed them all, re-installed and it still does not recognize the yellow. I cleaned the contacts, same issue. Unable to use the scanner at all with this error, very frustrating.

Another Good Printer
In the past, ever since dot matrix went out, I have had Epson Printers. One thing I have noticed about them, since I print many forms, is that they don't have to be re-calibrated with respect to the blanks on the forms. This saves a lot of time. I will continue buying Epsons until they go out of business.
