Very nice
Easy Setup. Works well with windows and iPhone. Print head and ink installation very easy. Print outs are crisp in both black and color. The price was about the same for replacing two sets of ink cartridges for the old printer from another manufacturer which I didn't like and only purchased it because during covid and it was the best I could do.

Not OK without high-speed internet/cell
This printer requires a strong internet connection, wifi, and/or access to cell service OR a high-speed cable to function. Not everyone has pristine internet or cell access and can easily download needed apps! Directions aren't included (must download app). No cable included to print from computer. 3 months of fighting this printer is enough
I am disappointed and preparing to return this printer to Staples. I don't much care if they give a refund - I don't want it in my house any more! Print quality is great and I love the large-capacity ink tanks. Other than that: it doesn't do two-sided printing; it doesn't have a document feeder for scanning; it doesn't do multi-page scanning from the (ridiculously tiny)...

Not a good printer tech support was the worse
Could not install the printer tech support was no help whatsoever but they could help if I pay them $300 dollars never got a chance to use the printer returned it the next day. Shame they do not have better support

Good printer and the Tank Technology is a plus
The tank technology is a plus -- with a planned savings on cartridges. The install on the printer was quite easy and the print quality is great...
Only thing is that it seems to take a while to spool print jobs and doesn't wake up automatically --

I was thrown for a loop because there are no setup instructions in the box, and the online instructions are all pictorial with no verbiage. But once done it was fairly simple...install the printer heads and add the ink. I wasn't a fan of their online instructions and software downloads for connecting the printer to the computer and just blew them off and manually connec...

Good Printer
Replaced an old Brother printer. Set up was easy. Everything on the Brother was done off the control panel. On this some operations require a combination of control panel and desktop. Unless the print quality is set to the highest settings the output is disappointing. Printing and scanning is a little slow. This is a good capable printer for normal use.

No operating manuals!
Well, the unit is simple enough, it comes with no operating manuals and that is maddening. You have to go online and there’s several different sites for different controls and operation guides. This is nuts. They’re saving a couple of bucks and making us do this online? Very unhappy.
