Scalloped edges!
I only buy Charmin Ultra Soft, have for years. My last package had pretty scalloped edges, but not this current package. A nice detail and hope it is a permanent thing.

HORRIBLE TERRIBLE not usual great quality!

no longer the softest
Like many others, I've used Charmin Ultra Soft for years. Although reducing the amount per roll isn't a big deal, the fact that it is no longer as soft as it use to be is a big deal. Now the product is no better than many of the "soft" store brands. Please go back to what you previously made. My bum will be delighted, and feel better.

Good quality; Size and quantity DOWN
Been using this product for years, and quality is fine. HOWEVER, shrinkflation and re-packaging the past two years have reduced its value. Size and quantity of rolls in the "Super Mega" packages has decreased, yet prices have increased. Sheets per roll have decreased by 30, or 7.58%. Thus, a 12 pack has now decreased by 360 sheets. This has been my must have toilet paper for as long as I can remember and in the mega roll size as long as you have been making them. For the last while I have noticed differences which cause us to want to change brands. It does the job and is gentle on the skin. Charmin has never clogged the toilet.
We have used Charmin for many years. It is worth the additional cost. Cheap tissue breaks and that is not appealing!

Way to go with Ultra Soft Charmin
Love the Ultra Soft Charmin. This holds up, easy better then the Strong Charmin while wiping. I only purchase Ultra Soft Charmin.

was the best, now it's 38 feet less.
have been using this for years - and it's the only product i have used - disappointed that it has been cut down by 4 meters, was 48 meters (522 ft) currently is 44.5 meters (484 ft) - 38 feet less. I wondered why the new rolls weren't lasting as long as the old ones, then found out when i found a package that hadn't been used. Now I see why... 4 meters short...

Narrow, profit driven, put it to the little guy, to rolls are awful!!
Bought a package of “wide roll” I.e. what used to be a roll till your accountants, marketing twits, and MBA weasels started making the roll narrower and narrower and still charging more for them. Wondering if you plan on making more “wide” rolls as I do find them much better than borderline MRE width you sell now?

Really quite disappointed
We normally use Charmin ultra mega sensitive toilet paper; it was unavailable on every site we checked. The entire family is disappointed with the super soft…if the sensitive isn’t available next time, we’ll try a different brand

Great product
Very happy with the new Ultra Soft! Like the scalloped edges except that starting a new roll wastes several sheets to get them to pull off properly.

POOR QUALITY
Ultra soft. Defective product. Core has been made too thin resulting in collapsed rolls at point of purchase. When placed on the roll it's like a car with square wheels.Very annoying and not worth the money! I will not purchase this product again-POOR VALUE. All for the sake of saving a few pennies at the manufacturing level. Not woth it P&G!
