Cushiony support with just a little balance
I like the textured bumps of the mat, which feels very supportive. The center dome is a nice arch stretch. I was hoping for more of a balance challenge but this is a great starter none the less. I’ll likely still invest in a strictly balance board.

Nah
The board rotates and walks around too much (on carpet) when I'm trying to use it at my computer. I'm constantly having to get off the board and move it back to the starting position actually in front of my computer.

Just picked up from Staples retail store, and I LOVE this product! For the size, it is a quality product for the promotion offered by Staples. Product is genious, healthy idea, and worth the price (great promotion). 1st time being lured by a YouTube ad, and I'm glad this time it worked! AM

Great product
this is a great addition to my office. I usually try to stand up as much as possible, but my feet get tired pretty quickly. I tried it today, and I was able to stand for up to 4 hrs straight with not fatigue, plus my back definitely felt much better. Great product.

Fatigue is dramatically reduced
I stopped standing while working because it used to make me really exhausted. But now I can spend hours standing without getting tired. The small bumps on the board massage the feet and help release the pressure. I'm buying one more as a gift.

You have to get this!
I have tried other items like this one. Some of the problems I have had with others are them not accepting my weight, or their being slippery if I use them with my socks on. This balance board is perfect. I usually have trouble balancing on these things, but this one was much easier. I leave it next to my chair, and when I get up to do something, I hop on it for a minut...

Could be great
I was excited to test this balance board but surprised by the results. The item is made of quality materials and is very sturdy. My disappointment was with the performance as it seemed to sit flat once I stepped on the board. My weight is not close to the stated capacity so I'm not sure why it didn't work.

Great for massaging my feet
The True Red Anti Fatigue Balance Board is a great addition to my office. The board is quite sturdy and strong. I can stand on it and also balance myself and the massaging bumps help my feet feel wonderful.

Good way to release stress
I like the sturdy feel and awesome rocking feature. I wish if the spikes are bit more petruded for deeper tissue penetration.

Good option to keep you on your feet
At first it took a bit of getting used to rocking back and forth. I like that the board is not to heavy and easy to move around. The bottom surface does indeed protect the flooring and I didn't see any marks where I placed it. I tried it both with shoes on and off with just socks. With shoes on, I didn't feel any benefit to the textured surface other than slight cushion...

A great option
This balance board is sturdy and has a great ergonomic standing surface and handle. I found the curvature to be a little difficult for me, I would love a slightly wider option that allows my knees to stay in alignment. Overall a great product!
