The printer does not work properly
This has been awful. I first purchased printer then in only a few weeks toner. Printer is bad and staples would not take back. Keeps saying needs paper. At times it takes me 15 min to print 1 page. Awful. I need to buy another printer and it was recommended not to purchase HP. Shame

Staples to the rescue!
I was so happy to find the HP ink cartridges on Staples. Staples is the only place I have found what I call normal replacement cartridges.

HP 923 ink cartridges
Prints greats, however, I go through ink very quickly and have to replace the cartridges very often. Also, they only make standard yield for their ink cartridge and they really should decide to make a high yield ink cartridge.

Ink worked in my ne computer (an HP). All is well.
I tthink your ink is too expensive for what a person receives but since you have a monopoly on what ink goes in HP computers I guess you can charge whatever you like.

The black cartridge did not even fit and had to be sent back. They have to evenly line up or do not work. Poor quality and poor cs from staples and then some.

Wrong size, my error. Staff was very courteous with the exchange. He needed to order it since there was no stock available. It arrived promptly the next day. This was an extreme inconvenience due to a time pressure. Please allow more staff for this store. It is a very busy store and needs more staff, if for no other reason than good customer service.

Little content with a big price tag.
Typical cartridge replacement with typical contents. Clarity is identical to other cartridges. The problem is that this four pack replacement is very expensive. Manufacturing process and marketing is not that elaborate. Yet the cost does not reflect the simplicity of manufacturer, but instead the greed of HP.
