Completely satisfied.
No problems so far. Had problems with the first printer, a different model. Even HP Tech. Support couldnāt figure it out. But, this model works fine.

Horrible Purchase
I was talked into buying this by the Staples Representative, as my boss says probably because they were pushing to get rid of them. This is a horrible printer, hit missing printing on some pages, wasting paper and Time!! It is Very Slow to Print!! Don't get me wrong I Love HP Printers but this is a dud......

Great All in one Printer.
It's typical HP, excellent quality, easy to use, and prints excellent. My only suggestion is to make access to the paper ready for printing a bit easier to open. Other than that, I love my printer.

works good
This replaced an older 6970 model as it wore out. Downloading firm ware was tricky. There is a site that makes you think it is HP but is not. Thank goodness for Norton.

Great all in one
I bought this quick purchase. It has been a great purchase. It prints quick. Iāve used the scanner, copier and printer. Havenāt tried fax yet. Having the app on my phone is nice I print a lot from my phone.

The printer is excellent. It prints clear and crisp copies. There are no instructions. I have bought several HP printers. And they came with instructions on how to fax, scan, and email. I needed the help of someone younger to set up the printer. This is the way with everything else. Even ordering at a fast food restaurant š©

Working well
I worked for Staples for a total of 10 years, and I know my office machines. This is replacing an HP OK 8610 that I had for over over a decade. The print head needed replacing on it, and the cost of that was more than this new machine. Otherwise, I would have kept the old machine. This one is working well.
