impossible to assemble
The "easy assembly" claim is infuriating. The bolts won't even go into the seat to attach it. The plastic piece is supposed to fit flush to the seat so you can screw it in but it doesn't, so the bolt can't even reach the hole it is supposed to go into.

It was a little hard for me to put together, but I got it. It is a little narrower than I thought because when I get out, it hooks onto my hips but I love it.

Extremely difficult for one person to assemble
The chair itself seems to be okay, but I wonder if the difficulty in assembling it is worth it. The directions say hand tightened - Hah! The parts don't align properly, and it took two of us the hold the arm pieces in place to put the screws in the seat. Horrible!

Chair itself good. Awful delivery
Chair itself is good and comfortable. Ordered it mainly because one day delivery, which is what I needed. Took 5 days. Will not use again.

Perhaps a bit premature
So far I haven’t had it fall apart but if I didn’t like it in store I wouldn’t have bought it. Assembly was fairly easy and the store assistant helped me understand how to set up the warranty I purchased with the chair. It rolls easy and slides under my desk fine. In all fairness with my 3-year warranty I don’t think there was any better option out there.

Great for the price
The chair was easy to put together with the included L-shaped tool. Like the instructions say, don't tighten them up until all the screws are in. Second chair assembly took less than 20 minutes. The cushion seat is comfortable.

Manufacturer's defect
My chair came with a manufacturing defect that kept the right arm from being the right shape to attach to the back completely (left arm was fine) but I had the handyman here that day to put it together so I didn't want to send it back and have to have him come again - it's still usable but not ideal.
