Great Tech Support (Baseline Rd, Sherwood Park)
Raimeet and Jamshed were knowledgeable, calm, cheerful and helpful. Buying a new phone, updating my cell provider contract, transferring data from the old one and choosing accessories was smooth and easy. I will be back!

The Best Customer Service
I went today to Staples in Verona.New Jersey to print something that i couldn't print on my Printer .Marc Sherman at store 0573 suggested that i bring in the printer. I did and Marc was not only incredible but he is the nicest man and so helpful and patient.
I have NEVER gotten better customer service. He is the BEST.

Friendly and patient
Overall the Staples Tech Help Plus support plan is easy - simply call for help and someone will walk through the issue. Easy to use
Easy to use but extremely user friendly. I also think there are so many options now in regards to receiving technical support, this may not be the best out there. I did receive this product as part of the stellar product testing panel.

I used the Staples Tech Help recently to assist me with setting up the Alexa setting on my Facebook Portal that was no longer working. This service is amazing

Good tech support
The tech support was good for my use on the Alexa set up. I called the number the first time, and the woman couldn't hear me. I called again and they could hear me. I told him what I needed help with and he walked me through the steps. It as easy and fast - he was very courteous. This services was provided to me by the Stellar Product Testing Panel.
