I used the tech help to help my elderly parents set up their new iPad. The representative was incredibly helpful and was patient with my parents. I can’t remember his name but he was fantastic. Value, upgradeable RAM, IPS; limited battery
I have 2 other HPs just like this 2024 model from 2 and 3 years ago. The 2024 unit has IPS anti-glare screen and, unlike the nearest value competitor, upgradeable RAM. I added 16GB to last year's model for a total of 24GB -- nice.

My order was cancelled
I ordered a computer from Staples. This tech plan was with it. After waiting over two weeks for delivery, the order was cancelled by Staples with no explanation. At least I was never charged.
