Upgraded to newer Envy 6155e -- very satisfied with results to date
Upgraded to Envy 6155e because older model envy was not able to connect with Mac OS Ventura 15.02. Ease of use is simpler, print quality is similar, ink consumption seems thirstier. Like the smaller footprint, paper tray and paper feed seem to operate more smoothly, ink cartridges seem to snap in better. Printing 5x7 blank cards presented no problems. Very satisfied and...

Not a purchase I would repeat. Slow printing, difficult to set up, still can't connect to the internet, I am trying to set up a account no luck yet

Not good!!
I should have paid attention to the bad reviews! Keeps freezing up, says critical error can't shut it down at that point have to shut it off and start over. Goes through ink very quickly. Always used HP and never had a problem before this printer!!

Due to a problem with A Paper Jam, I had to return the printer. I couldn't find the Jam and neither could my son or grown grandson. They are both very good with PCs and printers. I returned the printer and exchanged it for a different one and so far it has been fine.

Very pleased with my new printer.
My old HP Envy died suddenly after many years and I had to get a printer fast. I was able to get my new one on sale and with points and rewards, I was lucky to get a very fine deal. It was easy to set up and quality is excellent.

Terrible Printer
I am constantly having issues with this printer to consistently stay connected to our network and print from my laptop. I have to unplug it to get to reconnect, I have used the HP doctor, HP App and nothing works. Every day it is a constant battle to get it to work. I have been on support, they restored it back to factory settings and STILL the problems remain. So frust...
