very comfortable
This chair is very comfortable overall. I can sit in it for long periods of time without pain. I wish the lumbar support area was adjustable from a height perspective. I got it on sale, so the price was great for the support.

Terrific Chair
This chair is very sturdy. After using it for a couple of weeks, it is extremely well made, the armrests are padded and it reclines, and the height adjustments are excellent. I also am a big La Z Boy fan!

Back of chair was not level. A new back was sent to me and it was not level. Chair is being sent back and a new one sent. Will three be a charm?

Arm rests fall apart
It was a nice char, the seat is good and back is good, and the controls are very nice. However, I've had this chair for 13 months and now the arm rests are falling apart, all the faux leather is cracked and split and padding coming out.
