Staples sent me a download with a defective link
After paying $55 for a copy of HR Block 2024 Deluxe tax program, after downloading it, the link doesn't work! I've spend a lot of wasted time looking for a customer service phone, but there is none. I think it's time to give my business to Office Dept.

Downloads and works fine
Not sure what issue the 1* review had. Purchased, downloaded and used just fine. No issues. Maybe not the best price but it works

Staples sent me a download with a defective link
After paying $55 for a copy of HR Block 2024 Deluxe tax program, after downloading it, the link doesn't work! I've spend a lot of wasted time looking for a customer service phone, but there is none. I think it's time to give my business to Office Dept.
