DO NOT BUY
I read the other reviews about the glue inside the envelope, but thought i would try them. Definitely will never order these again. You have to wrinkle and tear over half the box of envelopes to get them to open to insert your check. The glue is towards the bottom inside where the envelope is stuck together.

Something changed in the design
I mail a lot of bills per day. I was using the 1.27 oz. glue sticks (large) to seal the envelopes. Due to a change in design, I've had to resort to the little Elmer glue sticks as the area to seal is thinner and it seems as if there is not enough "sticky" adhesive to seal the envelope properly even with a glue stick! CHANGE IT BACK!!

We've purchased these envelopes before, but with this newest batch of envelopes, the windows are slightly lower than they were on the last batch.

Many of the sealants were already partially glued shut
First time I've had an issue with new envelopes, but many of these are partially glued shut. The box looked fine, so I don't know if it was in the manufacturing. I can work with it, but it's annoying, especially because they're SO expensive!
