Defective or bad mechanism!
The tape dispenser does not cut it without applying much pressure to the point the wrist started to hurt.

Pretty, but approaching useless.
As shown in the photo, the dispenser roller is secured on only one side. That causes it to twist and bind, producing an ear splitting, irritating noise while simultaneously barely dispensing the tape. So, yeah, one star.

Great width
Most wide tape is only 1.88 inches and that just was insufficient. It arrived quickly. While it’s not a heavy duty tape I’m OK with that. It does the job nicely.

Just Okay
The dispenser is satisfactory but the tape is thin and breaks easily. You’ll want tape that is at least 2 mil thick. Still it’s a decent package for the price.

I meant to buy 2” so that’s what I get for not reading more carefully, but it’s a good deal. You get 2 rolls of tape and I figure I won’t have to use as much because it is wider so instead of going over a box seem 3 times I can just go over it once or twice.

Works fine But There's a Bit of a Learning Curve
I've never used a tape gun before so I don't know how to compare this. I found it a bit cumbersome to learn how to use. But it's getting better and I really like the wide tape that is much better than what I was using before.
