It's big but terrific if you can use the sizew
We purchased the 60" x 79" mat for one of our staff that rolls all over the place. It's a lot of mat but it is absolutely perfect if you need to move around your desk area for filing or just simply like to stay on the pad.
If you can use the size - you'll love the results.

Floortex Polcarbonate XXl Chari Mat
Very Very Thin Severely sharp corners. If you walk bare foot and hit the edge you would cut your toe. Does have a clear nice color and it laid flat even thought it came rolled up

Very nice and big mat. Always check staples online for bigger mats. I didn't know about this bigger mat when I first went into the store. But then found out about it and am very happy. It even got shipped fast through FedEx.

Does the job
Came undamged and quickly. Is a good enough thickness. Is more of a hard plastic than rubbery. Staples was one of the only places I could find a large mat like this.

Perfect for my home office. I had 2 smaller mats that kept moving and separating. This mat covers a large space, and doesn't move around when you do. The price is high, but worth every dollar. Recommend 100%

Need to return. It is not suitable for a carpeted floor snd Staples does not offer this rectangular item for carpet use. Disappointed.

Thin mat. Jagged Edges.
The image displayed shows a mat that has rounded edges. The mats we received looked like they were just cut and then rolled up and shipped. For the price I expected we would be getting something of a bit better quality. It will certainly do it's job as a barrier between the floor and the chair, but overall quality was not there.

Carpet mat, excellent size
I like the size of this floor mat, but it is slipping and I need to adjust it throughout the day. I do have this on a carpet that is smooth so I thought it would be excellent. Not certain why it keeps sliding.

"Clearly" the Best
I like how it lays flat despite being rolled for shipping. Also, it's translucent to allow your floor to show. Make sure you put the textured side up as the tiny label indicates.
