File cabinet
Good cabinet. It took me 5 tries before I received the cabinet without a dent. Staples was so on it and sent someone to pick it up and deliver another one right away. I wanted to give up on the fourth try but staples assist in giving me the fifth one. The driver was also nice they would tell me before they arrive that the cabinet was dented. Buy in the store ONLY
We ordered this file cabinet online. They delivered it with three dents. We had to exchange it three times because it was ALWAYS dented. I would only but it in the store. Staples does not pack this item right.

everything but the directions
all great but the instructions. no info on putting back drawers - had to resort to you tube. trick is have it "locked" to put drawers in. almost returned it as defective.

decent cabinet
I ordered two cabinets. both work good and serve their purpose. One did have a dent when opened and had to be repaired before use. They will work fine and the price was good.

A+ file cabinet and customer service!
Shipment arrived with a big dent in the side Of the file cabinet. I went online and in 30 seconds, clicked that it arrived damage and it needed a replacement. Replacement arrived the next day and they picked up the damage as well in the same time frame. Extremely impressed with Staples!

This is a very cheap filing cabinet. This is the 3rd shipment and always arrives damaged. The top drawer is even slanted.

The file cabinet seems to function fine, but unboxing of the item revealed damage to the back bottom right corner. As this is going to be hidden, and does not appear to impact the functionality, no claim was filed, but led to a less that satisfactory opinion.
