Partially cut paper jams copier
One of the boxes of paper on this order has many previously sliced pieces of paper (slices taken out of the corners and edges appearing professionally done by a machine) in all of the 10 reams. This caused jamming of the copier and a service call to fix the issue.

Open packages
Instead of a "carton" of clean, white paper, we received a random box of five half to fully opened reams of paper, some dirty at the ends. Bad form, Staples!

the paper was received and the cases where busted open, i had to tape and seal the boxes because of the condition they were in, so that I could return them, I spoke with the representative to inform them of the condition

Deliveries are left at the back door of the store, and we only know about it through the confirmation e-mail. The delivery doesn't ring the doorbell. If possible, could you leave information for deliveries from 9 am.

Delivery problem
When I placed my order I told a representative at Staples that our office is closed on Fridays and asked to hold our delivery until Monday. She said she couldn’t do that but they would attempt delivery three times. On the first attempt, as I stated, the office was closed. Instead of making another delivery attempt, the driver just left everything outside. Not a good...
