This paper changed my life

Be careful about this paper
We really wanted to like the Staples paper. It is much less expensive than the Hammermill. However, the Staples brand causes my copier to jam during copy jobs. I will waste up to 100 sheets during a run. This is once a week!!!! I have had the copier repair folks out numerous times. They have replaced every imaginable part and the copier still jams. Condition of Paper Boxes
This is the condition of the legal paper we received today. Paper has to be perfect when going into a printer and not sure this fits the bill.

quality deminished
The quality of this paper has greatly diminished. We've used it for years for weekly publication, and people are noticing the change it quality. You can almost see through it. Please restore the quality or suggest alternative paper.

Case of legal paper
This carton of legal paper was in good condition. However, I do notice that possibly because of the weight of the ream of paper that the outside wrapping rips easily as opposed to the plastic wrap that the Staples brand of paper used to have.

Legal paper

Legal Size Paper
My office is always satisfied with your 96 brightness 20 weight legal paper and never have any issues with it not doing what is should or looking great. My only problem or complaint is that my local store fails to stock it all of the time and I had to have it delivered after making the 117 mile trip to the store to get.
