Horrible...Sending Back
This label maker eats batteries for breakfast, lunch, dinner, elevensies, brunch, midnight snack...and then asks for seconds. In the full day I owned it I only printed 1 label. After buying 2 different packs of NEW batteries, and trying my own rechargeable batteries, I realized I would spend more batteries than the label maker itself. Save your money and buy a model ...

They need to change the color of the letters to White. Black letters on grey buttons bad combination.

Good Basic Label Maker IF You Use Plastic Labels
This label maker will print horizontal or vertical labels. The labels are not suitable for outdoor use. It comes with one paper label tape. I find the paper labels do not adhere very well to painted surfaces. I tried Dymo plastic labels and they work, and look, better.

Good for the price
Don't forget to get batteries and be ready to look up instructions for use but it was a handy useful device for labeling items when i had to for an extended stay at a hospital and rehab. Comes with one roll of label tape but needs 4 AA batteries and there is no external power supply.

The written instructions are very hard to understand. More narrative description would be an improvement. It does what it said it would do make labels. For what I paid for it, I would recommend.

Replacement time
I had this same model for several years. We visited our son in MD. and I accidentally left it out there. After doing without it for a couple of months I saw it on your web site. Just couldn't resist. Never had any problems. Have now learned all of the options available for printing. I personally don't need anything fancier.

Didn't work
I had to send it back because it wouldn't power on when I put the batteries in it, which I'm assuming is a manufacturers defect. Other than that, it came on time, and it was exactly what I ordered.

I would give it a five but I liked the symbols on the keys like my older DYMO Letra had. That said it has more features if you go searching in insert and settings...

Very nice
It prints nicely and is super easy to load. The only thing I would change, and didn't even notice when I ordered, is that the keyboard is alphabetical not like a regular keyboard. For some it might not be an issue, but it slows me down a little.
