JUST WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR!
This portable file box was just what I needed for my home based business. I had to down house my living space so I wanted to keep tabs on my expenses and contacts for my business and this was PERFECT for the job. It’s sturdy and clean cut!

Flawed
The handle is heavy duty. The plastic box itself is made of average quality plastic. The foam gasket is a nice feature. Unfortunately the latch is poorly designed. It comes unlatched too easily and has popped out of it’s holes completely a number of times. If I didn’t get this box for next to nothing on clearance I would have returned it. Good quality - Sturdy
This is a great portable file box. It is very sturdy. I love that it is clear too. Allows me to tape a label on the inside for quick reference. I have bought several over the past couple of years.

Questionable Lid
The first time I used it the lid popped off several times. Too many to count. If the lid is going to be designed to have a compartment, the construction should be better.

Front latch doesn't hold
Nice sturdy box but the front latch does not stay closed when you lift from the handle.

The clasp is funky. The top trays are useless - not large enough for pens or ruler or scissors.

Pretty Heavy Duty
This is a sturdy folder box. There are less expensive ones, but I haven't seen one this sturdy.

Horrible
I ordered one of these and there was no black latch on the front. The lid couldn't stay closed with no latch. I called and they sent me another one and I returned the first one. Works well for my needs
I like that this box is portable and has a weather-tight seal which makes it ideal for my grab-and-go emergency files. There are a few minor design flaws, however. The tracks for the hanging files to hang from don't go all the way to the end of the box but instead stop just before the end.
