arm width not adjustable
The specification states that "Arm Type" is "height and width adjustable" on Stables' website. I just received mine. The armrest is only height adjustable, not width. Disappointed that the posted specification is not accurate. Will return the chair.

Seat Rips
These chairs are functional and comfortable, but the seats rip with normal wear and tear. Purchased 4 and have had issues with two so far. Do NOT recommend.

When I want to lean back, the pressure if too stiff. The chair seems very strongly built and appears that it should last a long time.

Solid comfort, great value
This is a solid chair, easy to assemble and well-packaged. Having had back surgery 9 months ago I was concerned at first that the seat might be too firm; but after a week of use my low back pain has actually improved. The lumbar support has a small cushion, not just a piece of cheap plastic. Others in our office have tried it out so now weāll be ordering more.

Excellent Bargain!
I ordered 36 chairs, and they were delivered in 2 days, with no damage. The assembly went smoothly, and the chairs were definitely a bargain. I will be looking here first when I need more chairs.
