Poor design for prolonged use
Bench of chair is weak, it dips in the center making it painful for prolong sitting.

Worst. Chair. Ever.
I have purchased several of these to try and make our offices uniform. They were great for about a year. After that, they started falling apart, each in their own way. Some don't stay up, and have to be fixed into place. Some the lumbar support continually falls down making it uncomfortable. But the biggest issue is the actual seat part of the chair. The chair replaces a previous version of this chair. It is comfy. My only complaint is the latch that locks it is different from prior. The prior would let you lean back about 15-20 degrees before it locked. This one doesn’t and has 3 lock positions. 90, 120 and 135. The issue is when it’s locked it doesn’t go forward at all. Seats starting sagging after one year
The chair was nice and firm for the first year, but now the seat is loose and sagging, it is difficult to sit and feel uncomfortable. Looking into warranty coverage.

Careful with tall people
This chair is almost unusable for anyone 6ft tall or larger. I'm 6'1" and the headrest sticks out and hits the center of my shoulder blades. There is no way to sit back without the head rest hitting uncomfortably into my back/shoulders.
If you're shorter than 5'10" you're not going to mind, maybe.

Looks like a good chair, but it's too short, and the neck rest is too low. I am 5'7''. If it was mentioned, that it's for short people, it would be helpful.

Sagging seat mesh - did I get a defected chair?
Within a couple of days, the seat mesh became too loose or sagging/sinking even though my weight is only 140lbs. The sagging mesh made it very uncomfortable to sit on, as the the body weight now lands on the seat's front edge. Imagine sitting on a cushioned bar.
