To ensure prompt service, register for your Staples® Protection Plan quickly and easily at www.staplesesp.com. Or fax a copy of your receipt along with your name, address, phone number and email address to 1-877-610-3966. You can also send it to ESP Program, P.O. Box 888050, Lawton, OK, 73506-8050.

If a covered item stops working due to normal wear and tear, up to a year after the manufacturer's warranty expires, you can replace it with the same item or a similar item, or pay the difference and upgrade to something better. You decide.
If your covered product stops working due to normal usage, it will be replaced with a Staples® Cash Card. The Cash Card will be equal to the original purchase price of your covered product. And it can be used at any Staples® store, with no expiration date.

No more costly repair bills or product headaches. The TSP plan lets you talk with a technical support representative via telephone or webchat to help resolve issue. If your product needs service the TSP Plan-combined with the manufacturer's warranty-provided parts and labor coverage for up to five years, depending on your eligible product.
